STANDARD INSPECTION SERVICES:
- Check exterior of structure, including roof & gutters, for security and maintenance issues.
- Check yard and landscaping for signs of needed maintenance.
- Check irrigation clock for accurate date & time setting.
- Check pool, pool equipment and pool remote panel for signs of improper operation.
- Remove mail, flyers, newspapers, packages and other evidence of vacancy.
- Verify that all doors and windows are properly secured.
- Visually inspect for signs of insects or rodents.
- Verify proper thermostat & humidistat settings and A/C operation.
- Check accessible A/C air handler drip pan(s).
- Check refrigerator(s), freezer(s) and ice maker(s) for issues.
- Run faucets, showers, tubs, sink disposals and flush toilets (bi-weekly).
- Run dishwasher(s) (monthly).
- Check for water leaks or damage and check for visual signs of mold and mildew.
- Return main water valve to off position after each inspection (unless otherwise directed).
- Check electric panel for tripped breakers.
- Verify electric water heater(s) and ice maker(s) are turned off.
- Complete Inspection Record after each inspection.
- Report any abnormalities found promptly to client.
OPTIONAL SERVICES AVAILABLE:
- Coordinate cleaning, maintenance or repair services.
- Provide access to cleaning, maintenance or repair vendors.
- Package delivery or pickup.
- Wait related services (for cleaning, maintenance or repair services).
- Labor related services (i.e. smoke detector replacement & minor repairs).
- Trash handling (containers out/in or both).
- Vehicle care (battery maintainer handling, driving, running or transport handling).
- Respond to alarms and other emergency situations.
- Pre-storm preparations.
- Post-storm inspections.
- Extra visits to open & prep home for owner or guest arrivals.
- Extra visits to close home after owner or guest departures.
- Battery replacement (keypad, thermostat, smoke detector, pool control).
